Hold the sleeve so the stripe or lightning faces away from your other leg.
Slide it up from the foot
Sit down, gather the sleeve and pull it up over your calf, like a sock.

Why is there a left and a right?
The dial, laces and side spring are built into one side of the sleeve, so the left and right versions are mirror images. Choose the knee you'll wear it on — or get the pair and cover both.
How tight should it feel?
Snug and even, like a firm handshake. Pull it on, then turn the dial until it feels just right. It should never pinch, tingle or leave your foot feeling numb. If it does, loosen the dial, and if it's still too tight, go up a size.
Can I wear it under trousers?
Under relaxed trousers, yes. The dial sits on the side of the knee and adds a little bulk, so under slim jeans or leggings you may see or feel it. With shorts or a skirt it's no trouble at all.
How do I wash it?
Hand-wash in cold water with mild soap and let it air dry flat. Skip the dryer and bleach so the knit stays stretchy and the silicone stays grippy.
