This website is operated by KneeMile ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Our products

KneeMile sleeves are everyday support accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have an injury, ongoing knee pain or a medical condition, please consult a qualified health professional before use.

We make every effort to show our products and their colors accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee that what you see exactly matches the product you receive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our checkout; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing and availability. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KneeMile will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KneeMile harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
